We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your ICONIC account and all associated data directly from the app's Settings screen.
How to Delete Your Account

Open ICONIC on your device and navigate to the Settings screen by tapping the gear icon.

Scroll down to the Privacy & Data section at the bottom of the Settings screen.

Tap "Delete Personal Data" to begin the account deletion process.

Confirm the deletion when prompted. A confirmation dialog will appear explaining what data will be removed.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your profile information — name, email address, preferences
- Transformation gallery — all saved AI art transformations
- Saved shipping addresses — addresses used for print orders
- App preferences — settings, notification preferences
- Usage history — transformation logs and activity data
- Credit balances — remaining transformation credits and transaction history
- Notification history — all app notifications
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you have saved any artwork you want to keep before deleting your account. Any remaining subscription time or credit balances will be forfeited.
What Is Retained
In accordance with legal and business obligations, some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion:
- Order records — purchase history is retained for up to 3 years for tax, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
- Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained indefinitely.
Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
Timeline
- Immediate: Your account is deactivated and local data is removed from your device.
- Within 30 days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our servers.
- Retained data: Order records (up to 3 years) and anonymized analytics (indefinitely).
