This policy covers Easy PLO4 Equity, Easy PLO5 Equity and Easy PLO6 Equity — the Pot-Limit Omaha equity calculators published by Iconics Studio (the “Apps”). The short version: we don’t collect your personal data.
None that identifies you. The Apps have no login and no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, or device identifiers, and we do not operate analytics or advertising trackers. The hands, ranges and boards you enter are computed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to us or anyone else.
This information never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the App.
If you choose to share a result, the App hands a generated image or text to your device’s standard share sheet. What happens next is entirely under your control — we receive nothing.
The Apps can show a local notification when a long calculation finishes. This is generated on your device, requires your permission, and sends no data to us or anyone else. You can turn it off at any time in your device settings.
The Apps are designed to run fully offline — the equity engine needs no internet connection, and no personal data is ever sent off your device.
The Apps are poker study tools intended for adults. They are not directed at children and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The Apps are analysis tools only and do not offer real-money gambling.
